Alkali Resistant Firebrick is specially designed for high-temperature industrial furnaces exposed to alkali vapor corrosion such as sodium (Na₂O) and potassium (K₂O).
It is manufactured from high-quality flint clay, alumina and silica materials. During high-temperature firing, the brick forms a dense protective layer that effectively prevents alkali penetration, significantly extending furnace lining life.
This product is widely used in cement kilns, glass furnaces, and chemical thermal equipment.
Forms a protective glassy layer under high temperature, resisting chemical corrosion from alkali gases.
Cold crushing strength up to 30–60 MPa, suitable for heavy industrial load environments.
Stable performance under rapid heating and cooling cycles, reducing cracking and spalling.
