Wear-resistant refractory castable is a monolithic refractory material made from high-alumina aggregates, corundum, silicon carbide, and other high-hardness wear-resistant raw materials, combined with high-quality binders and additives. It is installed by on-site mixing with water and casting into place, forming a dense and integral lining structure.
This product is widely used in high-temperature environments with severe abrasion, strong erosion, and particle impact conditions.
High-hardness aggregates effectively resist material abrasion, particle impact, and mechanical erosion, significantly extending lining service life.
Working temperature can reach 1300°C – 1600°C, suitable for a wide range of industrial furnaces and kilns.
Designed for high-velocity gas flow and heavy dust or particle environments, ensuring stable long-term performance.
Performs well under frequent heating and cooling cycles, reducing cracking and spalling risks.
