Corundum wear-resistant plastic refractory is a special unshaped refractory material designed for repairing furnace walls and high-wear areas of circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boilers. The material has a hard mud-like texture and maintains excellent plasticity for a relatively long period, making it easy to shape and install during construction.

The product contains high-quality corundum aggregates, refractory powders, plastic clay components, binders, and various additives. Before hardening, it provides excellent workability and can be shaped into sheets, blocks, or applied directly to damaged areas. After hardening and high-temperature treatment, it forms a dense refractory lining with high strength and excellent resistance to wear, erosion, and thermal shock.

Compared with ordinary refractory materials, corundum plastic refractory has outstanding abrasion resistance under high-temperature conditions. It can effectively withstand continuous impact from high-speed circulating ash particles, coal ash erosion, and mechanical wear inside CFB boilers, extending the service life of furnace linings and reducing maintenance frequency.

The material can be installed by tamping, vibration, or pressing methods. Depending on different operating conditions, various bonding systems such as water glass bonding, phosphate bonding, and organic bonding can be selected. According to the hardening mechanism, it can be classified into air-hardening and heat-hardening plastic refractories.
